Ecu Internal Investigation

£100.00

In order to assess the functionality of the ECU, we need to open it up since direct testing is not yielding results. This process involves a thorough inspection of the internal components of the circuit board to identify any potential damage. By carefully examining the board, we can pinpoint specific areas that may require repairs. Once the damage is identified, we will be able to evaluate the necessary repairs and estimate the associated costs. This meticulous approach allows us to fully identiufy the problem and search for solutions or parts available to repair the damage.

We have to take the ecu apart and unglue the circuit board from the frame. If its obvious damage we have to check both sides of the ecu, as one side is glued down with heat transfer paste. If nothing obvious we then have to check resitance and various other tactics on individual components, sometimes having to remove individual item to test as they cannot be tested in circuit, to establish ohms, resistance etc.

This does not guaranteee a fix, but is a solotion to further inspect and identify the problem with the Ecu only.
